I was playing Medal of Honor Allied Assault, and I was nearly close to completing the game, and I tried to save it and the save process froze...the memory card just stopped working.

I was so pissed off I threw the game controller at the tv and it bounced off and hit the window (then my wife got pissed off at me, and I got to have so much fun replacing the window pane)

of course it wasn't my fault the window broke, if the game had saved properly the window would have been fine!
